Care
Hosting, backups, updates, small changes: within a fixed response time, for a monthly fee.
This is the part most suppliers don't talk about
After handover a site needs hosting, backups, and now and then someone to change a phone number or swap a photo. An application needs more: dependencies have to be updated, and the app stores change their requirements every year, which forces a new release whether or not you asked for one. That costs 15 000 Ft + VAT a month, with a 2-working-day response time. Cancel any time; what was built stays yours.
What the response time means
For a small change (a new phone number, different opening hours, a replacement photo, one more paragraph) we respond within 2 working days. We do not write "soon", we write how many days. Anything larger, a new subpage or a new feature, is hourly, and we tell you the number before we start.
If something breaks
We check that the site is up and that the contact form arrives, every day. If the site does not answer, or a form does not get through, we do not wait for approval: we put it back and then write to you about what happened. Further down we set out item by item what we watch, how often, and what we ask you to approve first.
Cancel any time
No lock-in. Domain, hosting, the editor and the source code are in your name throughout, so there is nothing to hand back: we pass over the logins and care simply does not continue the following month.

What we watch, and how often
Care is more than hosting and backups. These are the things we check on a rhythm, on the site and on the applications, and what makes us get in touch.
Daily
Reachability
- What we look at
- Whether the site is up, and whether the contact form actually arrives, to us and to you.
- When we get in touch
- If the site stops responding, or a form fails to arrive. Here we do not wait for approval: we fix it, then tell you.
- What you approve
- Nothing: restoring the site cannot wait. You do get told what happened; you should not be the one who notices.
Weekly
Security updates and backups
- What we look at
- Whether an update has been released for the system or an application's dependencies, and whether the backup you would restore from actually ran.
- When we get in touch
- If an update is due, or a backup did not complete. We apply the update and re-run the backup.
- What you approve
- Routine updates we just do. Anything that would change how the site looks or works, we show you first.
Monthly
Content going out of date
- What we look at
- What the site claims: prices, opening hours, names, phone numbers, and where the links lead.
- When we get in touch
- If something on the site is no longer true, or a link leads nowhere.
- What you approve
- You confirm what the new fact is. Until you do, we change nothing. A wrong price is worse than a missing one.
Monthly
What search says about you
- What we look at
- What comes up for your name on Google, and how AI search engines answer questions about you.
- When we get in touch
- If the answer is wrong, out of date, or leaves you out entirely.
- What you approve
- We write up the proposal: what we would change on the site so the answer is right. You decide whether we do it.
Monthly
Enquiries
- What we look at
- How many enquiries came in and from which page, where measurement is set up.
- When we get in touch
- If a page that used to bring enquiries has brought none for months.
- What you approve
- We write up what we see and what we would suggest. We only change something once you say yes.
Nothing appears on your site and nothing costs you money without your approval. If something breaks, we tell you. You should not have to notice it first.
