How we work

The person you agree the requirement with writes the proposal, and builds it. The same contact from start to finish, with a phone number on the contact page.

Three things are true of every job. The price or the hourly rate is published on this site. The scope is in writing, together with what is not in it. And after handover the source code goes into your repository, rather than staying in ours.

Who we work for

Businesses with a trade and a need for a site that explains it well on a phone. Tradespeople, clinics, workshops, consultants, offices: from a one-person business to a company with several locations. And businesses where a process has outgrown its spreadsheet and needs an application instead.

What we don't do

We don't offer 'full-service marketing' and we don't do online shops. We don't quote a fixed project price for an application, because that is either padded or starts moving halfway through; we fix the scope instead, and the hourly rate is published. And we don't rent out a developer by the month into someone else's team.

We don't invent references and we don't print numbers we cannot show. If you see no client testimonials on this site, that is not an oversight: there are none, and we are not going to write any. This site was built the same way, on the same content editor we would give you.
