Application development
A web app or a mobile app. A published hourly rate, and the scope agreed in writing first.

- A written scope before anything starts: what gets built, and what does not
- An estimate in hours against that scope, written down in advance
- A web application, or a mobile application for iOS and Android
- You see what is finished as it is built, not only at the end
- The source code is yours, in your own repository
What's not included
- A fixed project price: the scope is fixed, the billing is hourly
- A developer rented by the month into someone else's team
- Annual store developer account fees (yours, in your name)
Care
What happens after handover, written down, so nobody has to guess.

Prices are net of VAT. For a website the number in the proposal is the number here. For development the hourly rate is fixed and we write down how many hours in advance. Anything a package does not include is hourly too, with the number agreed first.
